A native of Sudbury, Ontario, Natalia works with a wide range of clients to develop integrated communications, social marketing, advocacy and marketing campaigns that deliver sustainable results. With experience in corporate communications, brand-building, social marketing and keen understanding of social issues and advocacy, Natalia has developed innovative campaigns for a wide range of private and public sector stakeholders.

Fluently bilingual, Natalia is adept at finding creative win-win solutions and producing stellar programs for clients across industries. A former Parliamentary Aide to a Federal Government Minister, Natalia is initiative-driven and comfortable operating against tight deadlines in high-pressure environments. She brings years of experience to the SEMgroup Team and has worked on international events for Environment Canada, the United Nations Development Program, the Canadian Association of Parliamentarians for Population and Development; and national and regional events for One Change, and The Huron Dance Company.

Natalia earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and currently completing Environmental Sciences (Honours) degree from Carleton University.
